epraise
epraise is an excellent online tool for parents, students and staff to allow us to share students' success and track demerits and detentions. We have included here a helpful video to get started with epraise as well as a more detailed guide below.
There is also a great, user-friendly, epraise app that you can download on your iPhone or Android device, simply follow the links.
Logging in to epraise: Frequently asked questions
Q: Do I have to have an email address in order to access my epraise account?
A: Yes.
Q: How do I set up my account?
A: You may receive an invitation email which will contain instructions for you to follow. If you don't receive an invitation, then you can register yourself by following these instructions:

Enter the email address you gave to the school (leave the password blank)

Click the Login/Register button
Follow the instructions in the email that is sent to you. Please note that you can only access epraise if the school has added you as a parent. If your details are not recognised you will need to contact the school directly.
Q: How do I reset my epraise password?

Q: I don’t have an email address and I don’t know how to get one. What can I do?
A: If you are not sure how to do this and asking Google or your own child doesn’t help, please contact our very friendly IT support team on itservices@mountbatten.school who will be happy to take you through the process.
Q: My email address has changed and it’s different from the one I gave you before.
A: Please contact my colleague Ms Jarvis on data@mountbatten.school so that we can update your details and send out a new invite using the new email address.
Q: I have an email address, but I haven’t received an epraise invitation.
A: Check your Junk or Clutter folder first. If it’s not there, it will probably be because the email address we used is not the one you currently use. Please contact my colleague Ms Jarvis on data@mountbatten.school so that we can check and update your details and send out a new invite using the new email address.
