Mrs Cumming -
Assistant Head Teacher

Welcome to our new-look newsletter! As part of our communications update we are excited to launch this new format which we hope will be more useful and easier to read on the go (it is formatted to fit on your mobile) as well as easier to navigate and engage with. We have drop down menus so you can find the information relevant to your child and all attachments are embedded as links to avoid attachment overload!

Our weekly newsletters will be archived on the new school website so they are easier to go back and find if you need to - no more trawling back through your inboxes! www.mountbatten.school/newsletters

We would really welcome feedback on both the newsletter and our new website; we want these to be useful communication tools for us all and we are keen to get it absolutely right so that your busy family and working lives can be made a little bit simpler!

Request from the Library

We are hugely proud of how many students regularly borrow from our amazing selection of books to feed their love of reading for pleasure.

In order to keep our Library vibrant, appealing and widely accessible, we need to keep the books in circulation.

Please encourage your child to return books regularly, either by visiting the Library or putting them in the Library returns trolley in Main Reception. There will be no consequences for overdue loans, we will be elated to see the books again!

If students have any problems finding their library loans, please ask them to visit the Library in person or email Mrs Comer, the Librarian here

Thank you for your continuing support.
